QA doesn’t test the game at this low res. (I’ve worked on a few PC games for a major publisher.) We test at the lowest “supported” resolution with windows accessibility features on and off. Testing lower than 600x800 is a waste of time.

Wii U games can’t run on switch. The switch can only render on one screen. Wii U required a dual screen set-up. Virtual console hasn’t been done properly due to the expense of doing QA for the products as well as paying out royalties to various publishers who may or may not still exist.

Getting your hopes up about nintendo doing virtual console for more than five games over the lifetime of the product is pretty foolish.
