Yes, I second naproxen (Aleve)! When ibuprofen and acetaminophen have done nothing for me in the past, naproxen has been a life saver. Although I just want to add that you have to take it with lots of water (which anyone on their period should be doing anyway to prevent dehydration), bc it can cause kidney stones.

Well, yeah, of course they’re more affectionate if you feed them less than usual...

I know, and SHE FELT SO BAD ABOUT IT ;_;

This is exactly why I was happy she got eaten too. Richonne 4E.

A lot. I was drinking heavily!

It happens. I definitely pissed all over the inner layers of my wedding dress multiple times throughout the reception. I got tired of asking people to help me pee, so I just said “fuck it” and hoped for the best.

I mean they at least should be different dogs on what-dog.net. I uploaded 5 pictures of myself and got 5 different dogs as results. And I'm definitely just 1 person and not 5 people.

Don’t worry, it is:

Off topic, but I have the weirdest dad-crush on David Schwimmer as Rob Kardashian Sr.

Almost choked on my sandwich from this comment, was definitely worth it; 10/10.

In that sentence, “she” refers to every woman, not Hillary. For the sake of being gender neutral, “they” probably would have been better, but I’m not sure if that’s what you’re finding problematic.

I didn’t get it either but after a few re-reads, I think that is the joke. I think she’s trying to vaguely argue against/for both candidates to sum up what every pro-Sanders and pro-Clinton fan has said in the past few months.

I thought Lupin and Tonks made perfect sense. They were essentially co-workers and went through a lot together. It isn’t till the end of OOtP (or even HBP? I can’t remember, but in any case its ~1000 pages after we meet Tonks.) that Tonks reveals she’s in love with Lupin. So it’s not like it happened out of nowhere.

Exactly. Depriving herself made her feel like shit, but it also probably made her think that on the wedding day, it would all be worth it and that she’d magically be happy with herself, but neither ended up being true.

I hate how there is this huge cultural expectation/pressure for women to morph into some perfect, skinny, airbrushed bride that doesn’t even exist for one fucking day. I used a bunch of wedding planner apps and websites and almost all of them had something like “workout and diet routine” on their checklists. Because

This is the way I read it the first time and now I can’t see anything else each time I try to re-read it.

This is so fucking adorable!

Same. I keep my email open in a separate tab so in case anyone walks by I can look like I’m busy replying to very important people.*

I’m confused. First you mention that hummus is the only non-dip example out of spinach dip, queso, and hummus, but later on you said you shouldn’t bring queso to Andy’s party if he asks for dip.
