The style has aged quite well for how long it’s been on the market. You can’t say the same for other cars out of 2008/2009.

I purchased a new Scat Pack Challenger four years ago as my forever car. I’m 52. My other cars will come and go, but this is a modern version of my childhood dream car that I never thought I would be able to own. This is the car that I will indeed drive into my 80s or until my kids take it away from me.

What if the cop car was a pedestrian or a family on a quite bike ride? Everyone would think differently if it was a toddler that he ran into instead of the cop car.

Hopefully it stays in Miami

I generally don’t like a sunroof. I purposely purchased my Challenger with no sunroof, along with other cars prior to it.My last sunroof car was a Neon R/T pruchased back in 1998. It fell off track and, realizing that I never used it much anyway, I forced it shut and never purchased another car with a sunroof.

There is no substitute for paying attention and being alert.”

I have several methods. Some work and some do not. However, I once beat a ticket by convincing the judge that the posted speed limit sign was illegal (Michigan code MCL-Section 257.628) and that the officer’s speed trap broke the law. The judge agreed with me instantly, the officer was confused and started arguing

I did exactly this, except I found paid a little more for a 2020 Ti Sport Carbon with AWD. Opinions about quality aside, the numbers don’t lie. These are actually one of the most reliable fun sedans you can buy on the used market right now and if you go 2020 or newer, you get a handful of nice updates that made an

I was there at the time and can confirm that it was intended for production along with the original Charger concept. The LX platform changed that direction.

Came here to look for any mention of David Tracy. I’m leaving disappointed.

The Ford that we all know was actually Henry’s third company that he tried to name after himself.

Regarding the Alfa Giulia, the reference used by the poster was one magazine that had once for the first year of availability in the US. I remember that exact story and the issue was parts availability and not constant issues.

I’ll call BS on the Fiat. We purchased ours used at three years old (for a steal). It’s now twelve years old and we have had relatively zero issues with it. I say “relatively” because we had to replace a driver side exterior door handle, which cost $250 with labor. Totally worth having someone else deal with it. I

COTD!  LOL

I’m of the opposite opinion. No crank can mean thousands in engine repairs or replacement. Crank/no start is the better of the two situations. My friends and I have gotten many deals over the years on late model and classics that are crank/no start situations and it’s always been something relatively easy to fix

If it turns over with a new battery, then it’s golden. Likely an easy enough fix if you like the challenge of diagnosing and repairing. The price is right on too for a clean and likely rust free project car that can be fun to run when fixed.

The bird that this Lincoln is based on was a throwback to the “almost sports car” of the first three years (55-57). Taking that into consideration, it would have made for a good sports car even if Ford thought the platform was too heavy. It couldn’t have been that heavy since it was used as the basis for the next

And it’s a legit concern. Most Mopar dealers will service and continue to service these. We also have a 2012 Fiat 500 5-speed and it’s been reliable all of these years. The Chrysler dealer does all of our oil changes on it and if I need some stupid thing fixed (door handle), I take it to a friend’s indie garage.

I did look into that too and considered it for a car I was looking at in Ohio, but it was still missing some of the other options I was looking for. After I looked into the retrofit, I did consider looking at some 2017/2018 models again.

Good luck! Don’t be afraid to look outside of your typical search range. Pay attention to how they’re optioned so you find exactly what you want. 2020 and 2021 models are pushing under the $30K mark now with lower mileage.
