Perhaps the rule against using your hands is legitimate in soccer but it’s a bullshit rule in every other type of sport with balls. Basketball, football, handball. Why does soccer have different rules than those sports?

The number of electoral college votes would not change if gerrymanding were to be eliminated, but it would be harder for the party controlling state government to stack the House.
