Ahh, so he’s not responsible for the staff he hand picks and hires. They’re autonomous, highly compensated adults whose job is to work with, ahem, “children” and they do not need to be held accountable for their actions by the head of their organization. Is that better?
As far as I can tell, the vast majority of the players and all of the coaches are adults so I really don’t get your analogy.
So...the coach should hold children to a higher standard than a grown ass man?
Sexual harassment is not considered compensation. It’s simply part of the academic program.
