I don’t understand how any of these sites make money. Have you ever acted upon an ad that popped up here ? (A Samsung ad popped up just as I wrote that) I sure haven’t.

I get the idea of being a mostly back end EIC, but Patrick didn’t write a ton and you still felt his presence all over the site. There was tons of communication from all of the editors here on what was going on, and I never got that from Jalopnik under Rory
It was sad to see Rory head out of here on such a down note. Hopefully they can find and get a new EIC on board pretty quickly, and they can find someone who is really passionate to revive things around here.
GenX here. Had nuclear war nightmares, saw “The Day After” etc. My 9th grade civics teacher, who was weird, dressed funny, and everyone thought pervy, always used to say "You can always trust a Russian to be a Russian!" Guess he wasn't wrong.

The bike articles are in depth about vehicles. Maybe not car blog material, but no further off topic than planelopnik. It's not blatant political click bait.
LOL, as you can tell I don’t follow NASCAR. Hell the only NASCAR driver I could even name is Dale Earnheart lol. But yeah, once they switched to tube frame cars with fiberglass shells from using more of less actual stock car’s in the very early days nothing about the sport trickled down anymore. Truth be told it’s…
Yes they do: have you been around a Mercedes dealership in the past 8 years?
Well they have assaulted people, threatened people at a homeless shelter, and tried to burn an apartment building down.
Declare it an armed insurrection, respond accordingly.
Thats a great point
I’m guessing that anything touching a vacuum line needed CARB approval, and this just wasn’t worth it.
Im curious why it wasn't available in California
I had a 1968 Ford Mustang in high school that had rad hood vent mounted tell tales.
