It’s amazing to see such a big machine that can withstand the sheer forces that are put on a frame like that. Even though it was built for a nightmare scenario, it’s kinda wonderful.

With Danny Bahar’s track record I’m surprised he didn’t say that this would do 300mph, cost 40k and produce nothing but free healthcare out of its many power farts.

F1 has always been about more power, better lap times. To shift the narrative to more efficiency, better for our planet, and us, is going to be tough. I hope they solve it.

I enjoyed it more than the first season. Seeing the big OEM teams take part was much better, but the chronological order of it was very jarring. I hope they fix that for season three! 

I sincerely hope someone high up in F1 is reading this.

Reverse: Gordon Bennet is the root of the British exclamation ‘Gordon Bennett!’. Likely a modification of C’or Blimey (God Blind Me). His eccentric ways were so well known he became a swear. Or something.

Lighter front end plus softer damping equals sweeter handling? 

I remember the E34 Touring mules being scooped in the news section of Car in the mid nineties. When I see one, I still picture those prototypes...

The engines were rubbish and they really liked to rust but my goodness you can have more fun in a Ka (SportKa FTW) than almost anything else. If you value feedback and things being just right, there really isn’t much else to compare.

100% this. With a touch screen, you can’t do that thing that we all do after using a car for a while; use *touch*. The buttons on a screen are never quite where you left them.
