Black Snake Moan was actually what I first thought of when I read this story.
Ironically, that looks more like a baby Trump.
I was done with NASCAR when it went stage racing. NASCAR endorsing Trump the previous year definitely made it easier for me to quit watching it once they introduced that convoluted nonsense though. I still watch the restrictor plate races (I like the unpredictability of them - not necessarily the crashes), and…
I barely watch any NASCAR now, but that’s mostly due to the stupid “stage racing” nonsense and not really caring about any of the front-running drivers. If either of those were to be fixed, I’d probably still watch it in spite of the political stance of most of the fans and participants.
That’s Ms. Aretha’s title, thank you very much!
Both of those insults are compliments compared to what I think of them.
Cool story, bro, but this story is about Calvin Bright.
I’d also like to add that I’m still planning to vote down-ballot, no matter what. Even if Trump does get re-elected, if we can get control of both the House and Senate, we can nullify his Supreme Court picks. Of course, that does require the Democrats to stop being spineless compromisers in order to pull that off...
That’s why I’m still voting down-ballot. If we can flip the Senate and keep control of the House, Trump loses most of his handlers.
Well, you got me, that response about it being too early in the year was definitely tongue-in-cheek.
That’s how I feel about anyone settling for Bloomberg before the primaries have even ended.
We’re not even halfway through February yet. I doubt this’ll be even close to the stupidest thing you’ll hear all year, especially if we have to hear Trump and Bloomberg debate each other... *shudders*
You need to read more and type less. I only compared Trump and Bloomberg. I said nothing about “all” of the candidates being racist. I clearly said I’d have no problem voting for any of the other Dem candidates.
So basically the opposite problem McLaren’s been having for the last decade?
It should’ve been called “Shelby vs. Ford vs. Ferrari” or “Shelby vs. Everybody”
Lol you’re the one who brought up their race. I never mentioned it once in my comment.
I do tend to be cynical about things like this. I do hope you’re right about it not coming down to Trump and Bloomberg. I’d say you probably are correct, but Trump was also an impossibility at one point...
I did think about the effects on the Supreme Court, but I have 0 faith that Bloomberg wouldn’t also put in someone that pleases Mitch McConnell, if for no other reason that some vague notion of “compromise” (probably as a front because he secretly agrees with him).
