I’ll counter with the school hallway scene in A History of Violence,

nah, Scut and his friend were cowardly. The beating plus the humiliation took his power away.

The sad thing is how many actors people are legitimately guessing as plausible.

Did I miss something? At what point did they say this was a graphic sex scene? It was a tv movie right? Honestly this still comes across as shifting the blame to “eek sex!” rather than where it belongs. Sure creepy people take advantage of a chance to cross the line during a sex scene, but they take any advantage.

For the longest time, I thought I was the only one who had an embarrasment squick. I have backed away from well acclaimed movies and tv shows because I spent the whole time cringing, waiting for the embarrasing moment I knew was coming (looking at you Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and Parks and Rec). It’s nice to know that is

I’m way more disturbed that some of them look “MY HED IZ PASTEDE ON YAY”. There are tons of actual pictures of these people, so why not use those?

really? Cause I’m pretty sure most their opponents feel the same way about Trump’s America.

okay but that one person that thinks the race of the little Mermaid actually affects the plot in the story? Do they think that race = species?

yes, because poor people never have problematic families or marry into them. They never fall in love or marry someone despite hating their family or even not agreeing with everything their spouse has done or believes. I mean, sure, maybe she married him for the money but she’s a hot, rich model, she probably could

x

sure, little wilhemina and little theodora, called bill and ted, just like their dads. I’m sure when they grow up, they’ll go with the more “acceptibly feminine” billie and teddi because God forbid someone might not be able to determine your gender by ever single thing about you.

As someone that works at a hotel, I’m calling bullshit on the “sit quietly and read and not bother anybody” line. Sure, one out of 100 freeloaders might do that, but the other 99 are not gonna respect the space.

eh, he’s too good to be a “serious movie star”, I hope he has a long and storied character actor career and a hell of a lot of fun without the pressure to be a leading man on his shoulders.

If it’s one story --by one story I mean the conclusion of the main plot line is not shown at the end of part one but part whatever--? One movie in parts, kind of the way a mini series is one tv show, just shown in parts. Two different stories, eg...the Godfather and the Godfather II, two movies. Honestly I’d even

Yeah but Kill Bill is clearly one movie in 2 parts, why would you count it as 2 different movies? Much like the Hunger Games, and Harry  Potter, it’s one movie, too long for conventional release so split into parts, not 2 differnet movies.

I though the premise of the movie was that no one remembered them, not that they never existed to create their influence in the first place. At most, no one would be able to trace where the influence came from, which isn’t even something that would raise a red flag, since there is a lot of stuff that’s unattributable.

Can it be like a thumb war, though?

easier but not impossible. I imagine the rich man who uses his wealth and power to improve the lives of his fellow man has a pretty good chance. I mean poverty is all well and good but money = power and power =the ability to affect meaningful change for a lot of people.

Honestly, the thing that gets me the most, is knowing that every time one our young people encounters this(and is lucky enough to walk away), they’re broken just a little. That experience of fear, horror, harrasment, of being treated as less than human, will never leave them.

I was all excited -- thought Trading Paint was a decorating show or art swap, instead it’s a John Travolta movie--words that strike fear in the hearts of movie goers these days.
