Honestly, I just rewatched the ‘93 Mario movie and vastly prefer it. It’s a product of it’s time, but aged well. This though? I don’t think anyone who sees it as a kid will be rewatching it much as an adult. 

The only options for kids’ movies are Lord of the Rings or Super Mario Bros? Puss in Boots was in theaters last month. Sonic the Hedgehog has already nailed this twice!

Certainly the complete polar opposite approach of the Mario movie from 30 years ago, with the cast actually getting drunk during filming.

The movie is directed at children. If my kids love it, and they will because Mario, then it’s a winner.

People expecting the next Whiplash or LOTR will be severely disappointed.

What is she going to do in the wild? She’s been in captivity for 53 years of her 57 year life. It’ll be like someone who was in prison that long and doesn’t know how to function in real life anymore. I almost think it’d be better to move her to some kind of sanctuary rather than just release her into the wild.

Me too. Once they transition from the sweet, mild banana flavour to the more aged, robust flavour, I don’t enjoy eating them (plus they get all stringy). I love bananas, but honestly they have like a two day window for me until they’re used for bread or muffins. 

I think Mass is a great model. Is it perfect? no. Are there some shops that will cut corners and others that will be too stringent? Sure. But on the whole it keeps only road worthy cars on the road without too much harassment for reasonable modifications (going catless isn’t a reasonable mod, sorry).

Me too, I don’t really like bananas at all when they are past the “just a little green on the edges” stage. I used to reject bananas at my best friend’s house most of the time, because his mother bought bananas that, IMHO, were way way past their “Will the dog eat them?” date.

While this is good info to know, what’s the big deal if they go bad? I mean, it’s one banana - what could it cost? Ten dollars?
