Why the fuck not? The gameboy color came out in 98 so he would have been 3. It is entirely possible that a GBC was one of his first systems, if not his first.

I agree. I cannot stand Logan Paul and yet I don’t see anything wrong with this. He bought them. He can do whatever he wants with them. And they’re still pretty readily available for purchase.

..........

Did....did you even read the actual article? No, nevermind, it’s obviously that you didn’t from the first sentence.

It wasn’t really a terrible game provided you have current gen hardware or a pc. Though it also didn’t live up to the massive amount of hype either. Then again, most games wouldn’t live up to so much hype.

Sometimes it loads, albeit slowly

They SERIOUSLY drug that out for the entire show too.

Pretty much this. Even Kotaku will be covering them when their next big game comes out.

So.....are they developing the Shining somewhere? Or even better, The God/Burning Gundam? Maybe they have a working Mobile Trace?

Asking the hard questions....:P

I’d like to go one weekend without having to write or think about NFTs”

At least this was labeled as “commentary.” Still, their articles have gone downhill as of late. Like when they said that the belts weren’t going away in FFXIV. Or going on about how bad the N64 controller was while showing a complete lack of knowledge on how to hold the damn thing.

There were a ton of video game ads in the early 90s magazines but I think that trend reversed toward the end of the decade.

Another thing I miss about print...you discovered new stuff. I mean sure you COULD find new stuff now. But back then since you had to buy the magazines, you generally read it from cover to cover.

It trickled in at around 20Mbps, taking well over an hour. I can only imagine how bad that must have been for people on regular broadband.

It’s pretty popular in the trans streaming community for those reasons as well. The few streams I’ve sat in on have been pretty chill in general.

TFS has moved into more original stuff with DBShorts and HFIL. Original stuff seems to have taken off in general if DevilArtemis is anything to go by.

I remember most game magazines being relatively honest back in the day. Gamepro absolutely tore the original SNES version of MK to shreds. It was mostly when they moved to websites that they became more dubious.

“We have to think very carefully about how to proceed here,” he said in the interview.

I really can’t add anything more to this because this is pretty spot on.

I picked it up on Xbox a few months back for $10 brand new. I have a series x so the experience has been pretty good. It’s not a terrible game. It was just way overhyped

ESPECIALLY for a Pokemon game. The other games tend to have some jank in them at times, especially gen 1, but they’re usually pretty solid and glitch free.

You get credit for almost making it. lmao. Yeah, they totally didn’t age well. I mean at least Sega took the fight to Nintendo and were a legit competitor.

This just screams of trying too hard and Sega being all “Who the fuck are you again?”
