I think her Targaryen blood is so diluted that it’s not even relevant. Robert Baratheon was technically descended from the Targaryens, because Aegon the Conqueror’s father is allegedly also the father of Orys Baratheon, the first Baratheon Lord of Storm’s End. But he's no Targaryen, clearly.
