omg for real. As much as I want to look cute in slouchier/more casual clothes, on my body it just ends up looking sloppy no matter how much effort I put into accessorizing, ironing my clothes, or fixing my hair. I feel I have to put more effort into looking nicer just to be treated decently sometimes (a lot of times).

Why do we need to follow trends though? Why can’t we each just dress the way that we feel we look best and are at our most comfortable for a particular occasion? I agree. I think that the jeans and a plain t shirt looks kind of sloppy on me. I see these gorgeous model types who make it look elegant but...I just can’t pull it off.
