Per this story, I’d say no. 

They’re not in the wilderness. They are at National Parks, which should provide toilets.
These are tourists, not hardcore outdoorists. 

I think it would be great, I just don’t have any realistic expectation of people doing it.

I agree with you, but I also don’t think it’s realistic to expect tourists to pack out their human waste.
