There’s a band I’ve read about (not sure if they’re local or not), but they have the most offensive name ever - basically referring to a black woman’s genitalia, and they refuse to change it because ... political free-thought...blah, blah, blah, whatfuckingever (I don’t get it).

I work at the OR mmj program, and the politics involved are insane (and often racist), and even more so on the rec side.

But he has people around him smart enough to use him for their personal interest.

I’m sure they’ll figure out a way around that. They don’t want any competition.

My personal (conspiracy) theory is that now that republicans realize mmj is here to stay, they’re figuring out how to get their tobacco industry cronies to cash in on it.

I think we’re basically on the same page. It’s taken a lot of time and going back and forth on this issue for me to come to this conclusion.

I’m not a christian, but if people identify themselves as such, so be it. The hypocrisy is painful in so many cases, but I would feel hypocritical myself making the judgment about who “deserves” to be called christian.

Does anyone else wonder what kind of mind leads to these types of thoughts?
