Amen. (not religious either)

I’m sorry.

At least I’m finally figuring it out!

I’ve taken that advice. Thanks.

I got 10 seconds into that video before I had to turn it off due to nausea.

I expect no less from those grifters.

I think that was the point. He didn’t need to say anything more than congratulations.

The story is that it was his idea. Although, I don’t necessarily trust that story.

That is one of my favorite things to say!

Personally, I am always more empathetic to the parents of the loud children than the assholes who are judging them.

Well, you could always remedy that. Might make a lot of people happy...

Wrong. I have two grown children. When they were young, we got around by bike because we couldn’t afford a car.

I never understanding this child-hating bullshit. You realize we all started out the same way, right?

Oh yeah, Yellow Springs was my where my parent’s spent most of their time and had friends. My Mom credits it with keeping her partially sane growing up there, and my Aunt and Uncle live there (strangely, they’re the more conservative folks in the family!) - which is why it may not be so appealing to me now.

Plus, we’ve got nazis here too.

Oh God, that traffic thing! But the real selling point is I could sell my house here, buy a nicer house there, pay it off in full, and have lots left for retirement saving.

This is true, but he also has a lot more time in Ohio than I did. (I moved from there about 40 years again - family keeps me connected, though)

I lived in Southern Ohio (Xenia), but don’t know so much about the northern part (I haven’t lived there for about 40 years).

Hi MBCock!

Don’t ask me why, but I’ve had a creepy feeling about Alan Alda for about the last 25 years.
