From one unbalanced ph sister to another, acidophilus changed my life. One pill a day (make sure you get that kind, some are 3x or more a day) and the discomfort is gone.

You bet your bottom dollar I do! I frequently take a 1.5 hr drive to visit family, and serenade my passenger (usually my mom or bf) the ENTIRE TRIP. I also shove the hairbrush mic in the passengers face for back up vocals. Sometimes in traffic, I get my neighbors to join- but I don’t pass them the mic.
