They did like a whole episode in season two about how boys and girls can't be close friends without them having romantic feelings for each other. And like Winston and Schmidt both chastised Nick for doing stuff with/for Jess because of it. And then Jess asked her like casual fling boyfriend if he would ever do

Also, the retcon that Nick fell in love with Jess the minute she walked into the door is really annoying. It like seems to want to be the like romcom cliché, but Jess and Nick are always more interesting when they avoid those things (not to mention, it is so obviously untrue if you watch Season One).

I really hate how like, this show always makes Jess wrong about things she's really not wrong about. Like, that guys and girls can be friends (they can be! but New Girl says no) and that you can be friends with your ex without it being about sex (you can be! but New Girl says no) and so on. It's just a really weird

It seemed to make more sense in the old-timey movie. The power seemed to just be something akin to astral projection, like your soul leaving your body to do other shit. Last episode, it was framed in such a way that Queenie did it and just so happened to go to hell because her goal was to find Papa. And then this

Madison's death was such bullshit, lol. Not that I wanted her to stay around, or that she shouldn't have died, it's just… you don't spend like 3/4ths of an episode detailing all of the ways she could have gotten out of being choked to death (teleporting, pushing him off with telekinses, setting him on fire, mind

I liked this episode a lot more. Definitely my favourite from 3B so far.

Rumour has it the girl Abed flirted with in Season Four (played by Brie Larson) is going to become more prominent for the remainder of the season, likely taking over Troy's role, sorta.

Well, I don't think Motel California was like great TV. I think every episode of Season 3, A or B, has been pretty bleh overall (and consistently so, like the series is a flatline. Except for that odd in media res episode in 3A, that one /really/ didn't work). But Motel California did have a significant role for

Yes, I'm aware of that. I obviously don't agree this was one of the better episodes. It was basically the same as every other episode so far. Motel California from earlier in this season was a lot stronger.

There have been far better episodes of Teen Wolf than this. From Season Three, I'd say nothing has topped Motel California yet. This episode of TW didn't feel all that different from the last two. Competent enough, but, again, nothing that special.

I thought it was satisfying. That ending especially was fantastic and the entire game before that just radiated charm and humour.

Best mystery of the night: Why would Barrowman write Kira's name in Periodic Elements on the blackboard randomly when A) well why would you ever just leave an intentional and weird clue like that around, and B) he didn't even know her name.

I'm always surprised how high this show is graded here because I feel like nearly every episode is a consistent C? Like it's never terrible, but it's never really good/great either. It's very… Teen Wolf-y, basically.

Yeah I vaguely remember something like that. I think it was the fact that it wasn't mentioned at all in the episode before this that threw me off though.

This episode kept throwing me off sooo much, I was convinced I must have missed an episode or two. I don't remember when Ben said he was going to take over as City Manager, and I'm confused about Leslie — didn't they say over and over again through Season Four that when she joined the council she wouldn't stop doing

There was a feature for a website or magazine (can't remember which) where it was a collection of photographs of TV writers and their Writers' Rooms. Every show had whiteboards filled with plotting and plans, seasons broken into deliberate and meticulous arcs and timelines. And then it showed Glee's Writer's Room,

I like how this girl turned back into human after being a coyote for eight years and she has perfect makeup and shaved legs~

Papa Legba didn't creep me; I was too distracted thinking about Dr. Facilier every time he showed up.

No Danny, not even in classroom shots? I know the fandom has been gunning for Danny to be revealed/become a kitsune for months now (even before the details of this second half came out). I wonder if that's where it's heading or if it's just coincidence. Either way, bring back Danny in an elevated role asap.

Aurora and Phillip were at the verrrry beginning of the promo and only then.
