2016 Honda Accord — 3,500 lbs with 278 HP.

1999 Carrera 2 — 3,100 lbs with 296 HP.

Impressive.

In 4b idiots who don’t know that the ‘99s had a proper dual-row ims and fail at less than 1/2 of 1%.

Sad trombone :(

lol, pwnt

Oooooh, qatch out for this guy everyone, his eyes are SUPERB!

Makes sense.

Haha, right?

Huh. Actually significantly cheaper than I would have guessed:

LS Swap, dummy.

Bravo!

Uhg, have those on my boxster, it’s seriously the worst

I cannot yet appreciate the elegant subtlety of the completely shit front and rear bumpers :(

Considering you can get a 99-01 with 85k miles on it, no paint issues and services records... for $15k, I don’t think anything was stolen.

The 1999s had a proper dual row IMS bear and a less than 0.5% failure rate. It’s actually the best year of the cheap Porsches, in that regard, and practically a non-issue.
