Seems likely. On the one hand it’s gonna be the director’s prerogative to fit the performance to suit the bigger picture. On the other hand, if you’re Julee Cruise, you’re probably like “You left in like 10 minutes of a dude sweeping the floor a few weeks ago!”

It’s a good comment in that it lets those interviewing know what people are looking for. How important it it to be enthusiastic (or to fake enthusiasm).

I haven’t seen enough Proyas films to judge his direction, but I felt The Crow was pretty good in context. It broke some interesting ground, and overcome the single worst tragedy that can befall a film. If he could come back and do another with a solid screenwriter I am all for it.
