I've got a bullog... and god damn they are stupid dogs.

The bank said we could buy a 1.3M dollar house. We told our agent we wanted to keep it under 500k, we bought one that was 250k. Took out a 15 year mortgage for 2.6% and can pay it with no worries. We didn't need a huge McMansion. We bought in a nice neighborhood with good schools and lots of kids for our children

My next car purchase will be cash

Mario Chalmers is ecstatic

I hear good things about using ynab to break the paycheck to paycheck cycle. One of the goals of ynab is to bank a full paycheck so you can pay your bills this month with last months money. Your list is wrong...

No, just the promise of my first born.

Student loans suck! I just got mine under 200k yay!

Don't be a cunt

Hmm where is my meatspin gif?

The only proper response from the streaker is to shit himself... that will teach him to tackle a naked man...

Investing in property is fine IF you can afford it... buying a 600k+ house with a salary of 140k is irresponsible imo.

Rent

Can you spell autisticassmotherfucker

If I was making 137k I would NOT be comfortable buying a 679k house...

Tell them you will backtrace them and cut their fucking throats when they sleep!

Man that chick on the left is hot!

Great info thank you!

Maybe I didn't trigger that risk scenario for them because I got a mortgage. I have a relatively high income so maybe they take that into account too. Maybe if I tried to get a bigger house they would have shut me down.

If I ever need more than 100k of credit something is very wrong.
