Yeah, I’d say they fall more in the range of dream pop, but there’s definite shoegaze influences in some of their songs, particularly Diving Woman. Either way though, they’re excellent. I saw them a few months ago and they were incredible live.

I’m so glad to see someone else mention Resonance of Fate. That game is such a bizarro gem and I’m bummed more people don’t know about it. Combat was sort of confusing at first, but once you get the hang out if, it’s incredibly satisfying to run and leap around the field and start juggling and spiking some poor mooks…

Honestly, all their albums up to and including ITMITC are good to excellent. Evil Friends was still mostly solid, but it catered more radio friendly and ultimately lead to Woodstock which, other than two or three songs, was decidedly not good.
