In covering the Epic Games Store, Kotaku has written about how the consistent, perpetual rage over its mere existence

Hey look at that. He managed to do it without screwing over the fans that were already paying and supporting the game and then pulling the rug from under them(ooblets), he didn’t resort to calling the people supporting his game a bunch of petty labels(ooblets), and then didn’t tell his fans who can’t even pay for

Finally somebody put some effort into a Chevy interior.

They were being dicks about it when announced. A simple none condescending announcement would of been nice.

Oh look. Another Kotaku article that lists all the things they see as wrong with Valve/Steam yet glosses over anything wrong with Epic or the EGS. No mention at all about how Epic treats their employees as far as “crunch” goes since Fortnite got popular even though Kotaku loves pointing out that issue with every other

I dont want to pay money and give my information to an unproven unserviced 3rd party. Beyond that I dont want to support epic and pay money to epic. I should be free to choose where I want to buy something same way your free to choose where you shop for groceries it's a grossly simple concept.

Exactly. This is not football, personal fouls do not offset.

It’s possible, but unlikely if you ask me. KyoAni is one of the extremely rare studios in the industry, where animators get hired as salaried employees who aren’t paid per frame. That also affects their animation quality greatly. KyoAni is also one of the rare studios, which picks and produces their own projects. So

Naw, as someone who has followed this since the beginning (and followed Marty’s career since long before Halo), he’s in the right to be pissed about the whole situation. Honestly, his sarcastic/smug remarks are quite tame compared to what I would say if I were in his crazy position. Really glad his incredible work

Given the situation, his responses seem justified to me. Why do you think otherwise?

For wanting to be notified that music he wrote was going to be released?
