Marvel’s said they’re going to have an MCU presence at SDCC next month, which is presumably when they’re going to formally announce some of the next few MCU films. They haven’t formally announced these things yet because they wanted to let Endgame sit for a while, even though (pre-)production has started on several fil

T2 was not a misfire and is, in fact, a highly-rewatchable delight.

I like the idea of “Ceremony” being a cover song, as it kind of was originally, with New Order providing the studio version after Joy Division dissolved.

Love this band.

There’s the remake of RE:1 which is probably the best place to start if you’re looking to experience the fixed-camera angle style the original games were known for before RE4 changed their dynamic. It won’t make any difference if you play RE2 before RE1 because they’re with two separate casts of characters with little

Having never played the original Resident Evil games (I was more of a Silent Hill fan and somehow never got into Resident Evil until RE:4), is there a best starting point? I have a PS4, FWIW. Is there an optimal version of RE:1 to look out for available on the PS4? For that matter, should I start with RE:1 before

Let’s be clear: People have always loved being weirdly pushy about very stupid things. Seriously, try interacting with a homeowner’s association or a co-op board some time, or maybe just attending the public comment portion of your local city council meetings.

I watched Conan religiously after his screwage by NBC, out of sheer support. But I soon realized that I didn’t care much about the actual talk show portion. So I’d cut it off after the funny bits if the guests didn’t interest me. A couple years back I went on vacation and took Conan off the DVR so other things

And, as always with complaints like this, I would LOVE to see your boldly un-PC list.

Or is the problem more that you disapprove of a bunch of movies you haven’t seen? That couldn’t be it, could it?

I wish Kevin Smith had a crystal ball and could have waited to release Clerks in the Netflix or Adult Swim Era. We’d be on Season 14 with only a handful of episodes each season, but that deserved to live. The best was the “clip show” from the second episode.

Bautista may be acting a little over-exuberant with these statements but I admire the man for sticking to his Gunn.

The thing that I’m most looking forward to about Discovery’s 2nd season is the io9 reviews explaining why each episode is the worst episode ever and has irreparably damaged Star Trek.

Also Todd in the shadows is amazing. If the Sound Opinions people ever retire he should take their place cohosted by rap critic

I am far too busy making snarky, uninformed comments to actually watch the video.

Out of all the issues in this season of women coming forward, while the truly criminal assaults carried the most urgency and weight, without question, I honestly feel Ansari’s was the most valuable in opening the discussion about dialogue between partners in this current hook-up culture.

We want O’Neal! Bring us O’Neal!

And for good cause!

You’re fired!

I’m really excited for IX. It’s not super surprising that Hamill will be back but it’s relieving, and I’m glad they’re not recasting Fisher either. Not sure why, but I’ve just had good vibes about IX ever since JJ was announced as the new director.

Well, should you decide to dip your toes into the vast ocean of Mega Man games, 2, 3, and X are probably the best entries in the series.
