You know what makes TOO much sense? Total War: Game of Thrones. Creative Assembly has already shown their fantasy chops with the 2 Warhammer games, so why not? Watching the trailer, I’m reminded how poorly the graphics have aged on PS1 compared to the 2D sprites of the NES and SNES classics. The other big selling point for those 2 minis was they were both packed with amazing games top to bottom. From the trailer, the only game I love on that reel is FF VII. 

I deserves a remaster or remake even more.

Those NES games really don’t entice that much. I have most of them on other systems and the luxury of portability doesn’t make them more enticing. At a $20 price tag, can’t really complain, but given the glut of quality indie games, I would’ve preferred a PSN style monthly grab bag of a few inidie darlings/older AAA…
