I remember reading the manga online a while back and...I mean if you like perversion, torture and femdom, this is the one for you!

I don’t know anything about this dude, but are you sure he’s a “socialist” and not a Social Democrat? There’s a pretty enormous distinction between a classical Marxist and someone who just wants healthcare for everyone.
How can you convince those people that abortion isn’t the worst sin imaginable or that brown and LGBTQ people are equal citizens and that the white male power structure that they’ve relied on is inherently immoral and needs to be dismantled? If you can’t change most of those beliefs than that voter will never vote for…
I don’t see the harm in adding an easy mode, especially for younger players who didn’t grow up with the brutal NES platformers. Choice is always good. I couldn’t play the game with my wife because the later levels were too difficult for her, so I had to finish solo. Although I appreciate the punishing difficulty,…
I have a few Japanese friends as well and most of them contend that WW2 was a very short lesson in their education and certainly doesn’t hammer home that they were objectively the bad guys. I can’t say for sure, as I graduated high school on 2005 (shit that feels like an eternity ago), but their wasn’t a ton more…
Where are you getting this shipping lane stuff? Are you meaning the oil and material embargo?
Not sure where your getting the shipping lane stuff (I only skimmed your link, which is mostly bunk by the way). I’ve read way too much about the Pacific War from both sides and FDR’s mindset at the time. The #1 cause was that the U.S. cut off shipments of oil and materials shortly after Japan invaded French-Indochina…
I’m pretty sure he’s not a fan of Japanese media that caters to violence and fan service, but it sounds like he at least partly blames the west for their influence in “corrupting” his culture. Which is what shows his lack of self awareness.
Your not wrong, but I always considered manga/anime sexism, to come from their own history of misogyny. If you go back to the 50's and 60's when Manga started becoming more sexualized, with nudity and early fan service, there aren’t a lot of mainstream western comic parallels to that stuff.
In Japan? No, not really. I’ve seen high school textbooks and it’s like one chapter. They sort of acknowledge they did some mean stuff, but also play up the “mission to save Asia from the white imperialists” to balance it out so as not to seem completely in the wrong. After that it’s kind of neutral on the U.S. and…
I’ve always sort of suspected he was a Nanking denier. I hope it’s not true, but he seems rather revisionist in his condemnation rhetoric or is consciously avoiding his country’s actions in WW2 to vilify whites/non-Asians as racist war-mongers. I mean, I get where it’s coming from; given his early life during the war…
What if he comes back as a furry white walker?
The way to find out if something is indeed offensive and worthy of anger: check how the minority group that’s being affected responds. If they don’t seem to care, then what right do you have? It’s like the Ariana Grande Chinese tattoo thing that no one outside of white America cared about.
Karl Malone deserves to be made fun of. Great ball player, terrible fucking father and statutory rapist.
The fact that even Asian super markets in the U.S. get only a handful of the Japanese novelty flavors is a failure of diplomacy. Once you’ve had maple syrup and cheesecake kitkat, there’s no going back.
Oh, God yes! Make it like the excellent Game of Thrones scene were Tyrion is on trial and all of his mistakes come back to haunt him, before Shay comes out and testifies.
Almost identical to your day, but it was the Latin mass and Habit Burger. Then Smash Bros in the evening until bed time.
Yea, I noticed that too and it’s cheezier with the adjacent crit since you can just wall your pikes together and one shot most cheap units.
Anyone feel like Archers are unbalanced? It’s like they mixed AWs artillery and and light tank into one unit and let them attack and move at the same time. I’m only in Act 2 and those guys have been killing machines so far. It also seems weird that they aren’t strong against air units, I think? Love this game, but…
It’s a bit up and down with difficulty spikes, but not nearly as frustrating as Fire Emblem games throwing hidden reinforcements at you or random killer crits. It reminds me more of Advance Wars 2, which had a few easy maps to start, but amped up to bigger maps and grander strategy fairly quick. I’m playing on default…
