I built my computer 4 years ago (on the cheap, not even CLOSE to top of the line) for $300 and can still play new games on it. Sounds to me like you don't know how to price shop :)
Not only that, there are lots of places in the US that still don't have access to high speed internet (well, above satellite crap speeds that is) so the argument that "Everyone is always on" is complete and utter bull. Last estimate was 19 million people didn't have access to high speed internet.
I honestly don't know of any place, but if you do end up getting it done before Gen Con next year, you should come to it, since I'm doing Jack again ^_^

I use the Gillette Fusion blades, and if I ONLY shave my vaginal area, I have to change the blade after two uses because it's too dull. A 6 pack on amazon, of refills only, costs $22.
