In that price range, options are basically limited to what’s already listed here + eGolf, Focus electric, maybe a Bolt (?), but you’re definitely priced out of Tesla and other brands.

This looks quite nice.  I wonder how it’ll feel inside - the 4-series felt claustrophobic to me, whereas the earlier 3-series had more window area and you could see.  For anyone with children, you understand why this is important, unless you just happen to be someone who enjoys cleaning up vomit.

Everyone in the supply chain needs to make money, and batteries are a major cost driver for EVs. Driving cost out of them is a no-brainer if they want to be competitive. Tesla has proven this out over and over and over again.

Oh man, I completely forgot (suppressed memory?) about the gearing. I changed that out in the first week with a larger rear sprocket vs. a front (and a chain to go with it), and left the jetting the same since a lot of my riding was at elevation.
