You seriously expect people to click through 70 slides?
Said it before will say it again. The best thing that could happen to Elons companies at this point is to remove him from any management positions. There's a reason startups change CEOs after they reach a certain size.
By “they”, you mean the fragile rich boy who dictated this stupid thing. Dude is a shit engineer, he was just a rich enough boy who was able buy talented engineers to get off the ground. The cybertruck is a fucking nightmare to actually make into a workable vehicle, there’s a good reason why most cars aren’t fucking…
Does eating the cards actually help with the fraud in some way?
This is the British version of “Islamic Terrorists are going to overrun lakeside villages in the midwest”.
I’m going to guess this person voted to leave the EU...
It doesn’t sound at all like she thought they were Hamas fighters attacking her village. She said she thought it was a scare tactic or a protest and was in poor taste. She confused recreational paragliders for someone making a statement about the war situation.
Perfect for all your coke snorting needs!
If Trump had the money he’d probably have bought it for the same reason.
Not to mention GM and Ford are both finding out the hard way that “look at all these reservations for an EV pickup we have!” isn’t remotely correlated to real demand once the vehicle is actually on sale. It cannot possible go better for this thing.
Bets on whether they’ll hit 250,000 in total?
Yup. And I think once the initial real purchases are made, whatever that number ends up being, that's pretty much the end of the run. This is a niche product, not a mass market one. I don't know anyone who isn't a fanboi that's gonna want one of these hideous things, especially once the early reviews are out. People…
Or had just used aluminum instead. Maybe it would still have the same problem, but eh nothing a few pounds of dynamat can’t fix.
Elon lives on a blanket of lies and people just wait for the next one.
This is a guy who spent $45bn buying Twitter because he was mad people on there were saying mean things about him, after all.
I’m convinced the Cybertruck is what it is at this point because everyone sort of laughed at the initial concept, and Musk is so fragile that he decided to force it into existence in it’s near-original form rather than refining it into something that made sense.
They gotta fill all those pre-orders, over a million people are lining up at the door to buy one. In reality only like 1% of them actually want it, another 20% was planning on buying and flipping and the rest of the reservations were weirdos trying to flex with their $100 deposit.
Elon has been hitting the pipe hard
“a production goal of 250,000 per year by 2025.”
