We’ve got Manitowoc units at all of our stores. They’re really pretty straight forward to disassemble and clean, with the exception of the newer digital models. For whatever reason, once they’ve been emptied and turned off for cleaning, they will NOT turn back on, so I get the Coke chick to handle those. lol
