There’s probably another factor in play between rural Michigan and Detroit cases involving guns. I just can’t put my finger on it... if only it was there for everyone to read in black and white.

It’s not hard to be decent, and decent should be the lowest you can go.
Wait, she was wearing a bra? What the fuck then?
I also understand now why this series of books/the film pissed off the Catholic church so much, they can clearly see a lot of themselves in the magisterium and have enough awareness to realise it is not a good look...
It’s been covered in the news in Michigan as well. Whether or not a parent faces charges depends on where they live. Out in rural areas they call it an accident. In Detroit, parents have been sent to prison for it (as they should).
Oh, for fuck’s sake. That makes the whole thing even WORSE. Like, by a lot.
Little known fact: Jesus was convicted of lewdness during his crucifixion and subsequently re-crucified.
This is not a privacy case. This is an equal protection case. It’s contrary to equal protection to punish conduct committed by a woman when the same conduct is committed by a man is not illegal.
Meh, I’ll call it progress when they actually enforce it. The compounds full of polygamists marrying 12 year olds makes that seem unlikely.

It prohibits lewd behavior by both women and men in front of children, and also requires prosecutors to show that the defendant exposed themselves and knew their actions would either cause ‘affront or alarm’ to the children or ‘with…
Not a lawyer, but I’m pretty sure this would fail a challenge on Constitutional grounds with the current composition of SCOTUS and lower circuits thanks to Orange Foolius. We’re not actually guaranteed a right to overall privacy explicitly by the Constitution, even though that’s what people think the 4th Amendment…
The sad thing is that she could let the kids play with guns while wearing a shirt, and it’s perfectly legal as long as nobody gets shot.
Tits are more offensive than guns. Fuck this country.

Fuck this shit. I’m done with the internets for the day.
A specific form of leukemia toxic to vampires would have been believable, but the show didn't spell it out that clearly.
-The problem with doing a historical, educational episode on somebody most people aren’t aware of who lived in a period of time most people don’t know is that you have to do a lot of world building. I thought the world building was kind of clumsy and was pretty much bored up until the giant scorpions showed up.
This was a very good episode. Chibnall’s Who seems to work best in the past. That said, I’m still looking forward to the Judoon on contemporary Earth.
