Look at you Jeeves, still helpful after all these years.
Hmm, this may be an unsubscribe for me. It’s not the $2, but the fact that they haven’t put out a single title I’ve been interested in playing since Darktide, which was highly mid and lacking in content. Never even bothered with whatever that flop from Arkane was called (I’ve honestly already forgotten the name of the…
Here is a better question - Why are we sending anything at all? 5 people, 3 of them billionaires decided to do something insanely stupid and now we will spend millions of dollars looking for them, and risking other peoples lives. It sucks, but we shouldnt be financing the rescue of people that do insanely dumb shit…
Soon we shall rule and make everyone listen to their podcasts from their Phone speakers
and people laughed at me for outputting my sound from built-in monitor speakers but guess who is laughing from his perfectly shaped skull now.
That was my thought too. Bomb flowers, shock fruit, ice fruit. Oops.
Meanwhile I’m over here struggling to put together a cart with 4 wheels and just wondering how in the fuck I’m gonna steer it.
Maybe its just me but TOTK has a setting to let you swap the jump button and it feels far more natural now to play. For some reason the jump button always felt in the wrong place in BOTW
As a Greek, I find your comments ignorant, incredibly insensitive and extremely offensive. Your attempts to erase ancient Greek history, especially that of one of the most prominent and WELL documented Greek historical figures, is bad enough, but to then double down and try to diminish any legitimate concerns for…
I’ve never seen such an overreaction to what is simply an average game which, let’s face it, was never going to be make-or-break for Xbox’s success, and certainly wasn’t hyped to the level Starfield is.
Not only that, but it’s perhaps one of the worst, most convoluted, and most confusing user interfaces of all time. It’s also a medium you never need to use in your life, ever. You miss nothing by not using it.
I think any game should handle it the way Diablo III and Destiny 2 handle it- respecs should be free and be able to be done at any time, except in a “loadout locked” endgame activity, where you cannot change in the middle of it and are thus committed to the build you brought in.
I’m gonna be That Guy for a second, so anyone who doesn’t want to deal with That Guy, feel free to move on down the page to another comment.
While the Necro summons might have felt strong in the recent beta with its low level cap, I know they were pretty weak at end game during the higher level cap beta version a few months ago. I would have issues with keeping them alive during dungeon bosses and world bosses. It was to the point of them dying 2x faster…
The sorcerer changes feel very much Blizzard said“We designed all these cool spells please use things besides chain lightning!”
And we all said no.
So they made the decision for us.
This is...awful? FOMO is a huge problem for me, it’s one of the reasons I quit Destiny 2. Quit Division 2. Quit Overwatch. Quit Hearthstone. My broken brain won’t allow me to miss a season or event, and if I do—because IRL gets busy or another game comes out—then it’s over. There’s no catching up. I missed a…
Yeah...Where did MS get the idea that Nintendo shouldn’t be factored in? Oh, yeah — from Sony and the regulators that parroted their flailing opposition.
How does KotOR get a pass because “Sony partially funded it” but Redfall doesn’t when Microsoft *wholly* funds it?
Lightfall doesn’t fix the core problem of Destiny, which is that it isn’t rewarding to just play for an hour or two a day. You’re not getting anything out of it unless you’re devoting serious time and/or money, and it’s really bad at incentivising that without resorting to FOMO engagement tactics.
