Agreed - I was a little mad about that the first time considering I started from the beginning on Hell Mode which gives you several debuffs that you cannot remove.

I disagree on one item - Death defiance upgraded to 3 lives is by far a better ability paired with the heals you previously mentioned. The odds of dying in each chamber to make use of yours vs replenishing ALL your missing lives in Elysium are slim to none to make use of the buff you mentioned. Also if you’re doing

ALLEGEDLY fucked an ostrich...”

You can do both! I held out on Gamepass for so long but pulled the trigger after buying 3 years of Gold ($60/yr) and then paying for the $1 for 3 months ultimate. This automatically converted my gold to ultimate for those 3 years at the gold price. I’ll decide if it is worth keeping when my 3 years run out and

Is “FROM Software” a SONY grown studio or did they pay to make Bloodborne exclusive? Both platforms are guilty of this don’t pretend that Microsoft acquiring Bethesda is any different just because there were more IPs in the bunch.

Full agree. In the current formula I would not want a present day assassins creed game. Taking me out of the animus is my least favorite part of all AC games. I could care less about the present day people/emails/dialogue. It also breaks immersion when you have Layla talking to people outside the animus while

Nah it was discounted because it also came with 6 generations of bed bugs.

I would recommend a site like “fextralife” wiki if you’re stuck on where to go. They have game progress routes, fairly detailed level walkthroughs, enemy/boss/item analyses, etc. That is usually my go to when I’m looking for an item, or am stuck. I would say, generally, though, Demons Souls was pretty easy to navigate

I’ve had several elites none of which had a rubber grip issue. I had a broken “RB on one, and a double entering “A” button on another. Then a bought an extra to do hot swaps in case the battery went out as I often forgot to charge it.

I loved my elite series 1, and love my elite series 2, though the series 2 does feel more uncomfortable in my hands for some reason. I feel like they may have slightly shrunk it? I can’t pin it but my left pointer finger always gets a little sore on the side of the knuckle after extended gaming sessions and I feel

I can understand COVID - but, honestly, maybe I’m in the minority when I say this, I’m not going to play CP2077 at launch.  I’ll wait for the next gen upgrades then buy it.  If Cyberpunk would have launched in a different time frame this probably wouldn’t be the case.  I’m just unwilling to play an unoptimized game

If you aren’t worried your Demon Souls character will murder you in your dreams are you even familiar with the series?  Your character will inevitably hollow eventually and MURDER YOU!  Don’t let complacency get you killed, friend!

If that header GIF isn’t 2020 in a nutshell - I don’t know what is.

It doesn’t invalidate your work? You were able to benefit from that 1050+ light (by unlocking things that newer players can’t: catalysts, weapons, vaulted things). New players only get things that are moving forward. Your work, and all its rewards still exist to an extent new players won’t even be close to outside of

Same! I’m a very logic oriented person so I don’t traditionally believe in the supernatural. However, when I was a teenager I was home alone and in our basement (that was where our tv and entertainment things were) with the family dog. I was watching a movie and heard a loud crash upstairs above me. We had baby gates

I called this delay a month ago to several of my buddies who adamantly shut me down saying “no way! they’ve cemented the date this time, and have already delayed several times!” I finally have vindication! I thought it was going to be delayed due to them admitting they were crunching, and the somewhat barren landscape

They are better in respect to less than a minute but still pushing that way.  So absolutely better, but probably not nearly as good as it could be.  It’s definitely a silver lining, though!

I’ll be honest... I’m a little bummed that Bungie didn’t push to get Beyond Light in on day one for optimization. I recently got back in the game, and the worst part is waiting on all the load screens.

I hear you on this. I sometimes feel like I am the only one leery about Cyberpunk. I’m going to buy it because I have faith in the developer, but I’m not buying it at launch. I just have this really weird suspicion that it isn’t going to be this killer game that everyone is assuming it will be. I have no idea why -

That really isn’t the problem you think it is. SSD tech has come very far. There are countless resources that can show you the life expectancy of a SSD used normally, and it traditionally far exceeds the useful life of the device it is in. I still have the original SSD in my PC that I installed 10 years ago, roughly.
