@SurprisedFace: Well, you know...i'm absofuckinglutely terrible at platformers, but SMB's learning curve is so well designed, that I can actually see myself beating the game. It's...insane how good it is!

You there. You should buy Super Meat Boy on launch date, because it'll be on sale. 10 bucks instead of 15...insanity! Madness! Most of all, rage. The game....and rage...ohmygod...but also fun!

Whelp, good thing I'm buying Costume Quest, Super Meat Boy, Overlord, Shadow Broker & General Knoxx this month anyway.

@Archaotic: Not really cutting out of if the game can be a stand alone. Would be cutting out of if the extraction actually affects the game.

Well considering you have to preorder it months in advance of the actual game releasing, yes, it's accurate to say it's a reward to loyal fans: who else knows about this game existing right now, when it has no marketing campaign, other than fans?

Didn't this ruling happen over a month ago?

@Roth: Maybe describing Minecraft is difficult but I do think there are some of us that have never played it and know exactly why—and it has to do with the type of game it IS. It requires a specific type of creativity that many of us don't have, and you can see that clearly without playing it.

@seamroy: So...that changes my statement, how? It doesn't. It just means it's true for other games, too. Oh lookey here I'm talking about MoH, not about other games.

@effoffpunk: The 100 year war did not last 100 years!

@Brian Crecente: Oh, sure. The difference is that this conflict is actually happening right now, though, so the nature of the propaganda is inherently different. We don't look at it the same...though, then again, this war is so out of the public's eye that perhaps that's not true at all.

@Brian Crecente: Ah, no, I know: it still stands out as a statement, though, don't you think? I mean, especially for a game that claims it takes no political stance. I think this makes it clear that it's inadvertantly propaganda-ish.

Am I the only one that caught the 'effectiveness of the US military in the middle east'? People, it's been ten years. LONGEST war America has been in (correct me if I'm wrong. Vietnam was 103 months. Right now Afghanistan is 104).

@Ursus-Veritas: I'm actually surprised by how many people give this as a positive aspect, as if the layman can make heads or tails of what the fuck is going on.

Surely you mean life during Reach. None of the locations shown during campaign look lived in.

Y'know, the other day I was pissed off that no sites had MOH reviews up yet: I needed to know if it would be a worthwhile purchase, so that I could get the 20 dollars off coupon on Amazon. And, I was still a little pissed off that nothing has come up today save for CVG's review.

@Char Aznable: I'm guessing they all played on Normal, then, because I'm playing on Hard my first time around and I die plenty of times.

I'm getting a little pissed off that no sites have their MOH reviews up yet. I'm guessing embargo right, but I need to know if it's worth it so that I can preorder off Amazon and get the 20 dollar coupon...but I'm highly unsure of my purchase.

@anaki: I hated Alistair. :P

@Kobun: There's a reason for it!

@Hatebunny: The purpose of this game isn't to cooperate, it's the fuck over the other players as hilariously as possible...sort of like every other multiplayer Nintendo game—Mario Kart, Mario Party, etc.
