Which ever neighbor has been the biggest asshole lately gets the pen for the next pig put up opposite their fence. Takes about 16 weeks to get them to market size.

It was! I bubbled it uncovered and it thickened up really well. Made some cornbread and laid the chili over the top of cornbread in a bowl, topped with a little sour cream and shredded cheese and it was a perfectly cromulent chili experience.
