She has a buddy comedy with Kate Upton coming out that will certainly make more use of her than this at least.

She was the first female they cast in this so I thought she'd get more exposure. I think that changed when they cast Priyanka Chopra as the villain.

There's too much emphasis on the plot because the filmmakers preferred a buddy movie and they were worried about giving Priyanka Chopra too little screen time despite playing the villain.

The Nice Guys was hilarious and featured no comedians.

Actually he's in two of the top 6 soon to be top 5.

I'd have thought We Have Always Lived in the Castle would have gotten some festival exposure by now considering the director. Guess she couldn't get it ready for Sundance, but why nothing for Tribeca or Cannes?

It certainly didn't have the staying power or pop culture impact of the first one.

By comedic breakout, I mean leading role in a comedy, like Tatum in Jump Street or Efron in Neighbors.

I like Michael Pena, but the jokes and gags he was saddled with in the trailer did not give me confidence that this will be his comedic breakout.

Gay panic jokes only work when it's a homophobic douchebag getting his comeuppance.

Trump would likely comment directly on her nudity.

Well, to be fair, the reaction to Daddario was akin to the reaction to Phoebe Cates 30 years prior. It doesn't happen to just about *every* decent looking actress.

I don't know what he originally said since he deleted that, but sarcasm isn't always recognized easily in written word on the internet unless the phrase is inherently sarcastic like "Oh yeah, like that would ever happen".

At first I agree about the cliffhanger changing things. But the more I think about the cliffhanger, the more contrived it feels to me. The entire 99 detective squad took down Figgis' organization, yet he threatens to kill only Jake and Holt? Frankly I don't see why the entire squad wouldn't need to be in witness

I think Fox has no idea what to do with New Girl. Brooklyn Nine Nine may not be a ratings monster, but at least the writing and characterizations and scenarios have been consistent. New Girl's writing has dipped substantially in quality. Zooey's quirkiness has worn thin and plot scenarios have grown generic. They've
