Apparently US spec Corolla Cross has a different muffler, because the ones in Brazil have these horrible jerry can looking mufflers that are such an eyesore!

We started getting this new facelifted Compass couple weeks ago here in Brazil. But it seems like you don’t get the 4cyl 1.3 turbocharged engine that just debuted here. It makes 185hp and 200lb/f of torque. We also get a turbo diesel engine that makes 170hp and 260lb/f.
I have a 1994 540i. Mine isnt slammed but whenever I need to get it on a flatbed the chain always rips the front bumper. Its a bimmer so it is always going to be leaking some sort of liquid somewhere but haven’t had any major issues yet. And yes, that glorious engine noise!
Giving me a very Cyberpunkish vibe... I like it.

I have a ‘16 Fusion Titanium. Like you said, it is a great car. Comfortable, quiet, torque when you need it... but I had electrical issues AND transmission issues with only months of usage.
