I don’t know what I was expecting from the Grinch trailer, but that wasn’t it. Still, it looks cute and I love me some Cumberbatch so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That ‘Alpha’ trailer looks straight out of 1994.

Similar: “I saw a wino eating grapes, and I was like ‘dude, you have to wait.’”

Steven Wright could lay better claim to that, but no question Hedberg was fantastic at it too.

“Oh shit, here comes a frog! I better run!”

Mitch Hedberg and Stephen Lynch was one of the best live shows I have ever seen, of any kind.

^^This!^^

I’ve heard many bootlegs of his performances. Even the deep cuts (jokes that didn’t make it to a special or a CD) are wonderful. I would cherish an archive of his wonderful joke tidbits.
It may work well in book form. A joke on each page accompanied by an illustration.

“Prince’s archives are the stuff of legend, but what about ___?”

Bayonetta, too.

The Castlevania series seems like a huge missed opportunity for SSB. Obviously they have some sort of relationship with Konami, and Simon Belmont has a hell of a lot more to do with Nintendo than Solid Snake.

I’ve been playing this game since Melee came out, and I still suck horribly at it.

Hey, Daisy’s gonna be playable. I like Daisy. She seems like good people.

Madden announces its next game will bring back EVERY NFL PLAYER EVER!

Can someone make a gif of Nathan Lane absolutely not having that goat?

Overall, I enjoyed the show more than I thought I would, but I’ve been underwhelmed with the shows on Broadway this season, and outside of Once On This Island, none of the performances really inspired me to make my way up to NYC to see them. Like you, the Mean Girls score still doesn’t really work for me; I saw it

Isn’t this the fourth version of the story? (I think the first wasn’t a musical, but still...)

Bless him for not going with David Sedaris’ question which was crass. Also, hanging out with Australians have made me (A Frenchie) very immune to the word cunt which apparently can cover everything from your best friend to this guy who cuts you off in a line. So I remain confused

I think to put it in one sentence: It does for me what religion does for people of faith.

That seems to be a stretch equating those two words like you have. I don’t tend to use either of them but there’s no way the c word carries the same level of negative baggage as the n word.
