Yeah, that is not consistent with my experience.

AVC: At least in the States, we all have to memorize “The Love Song Of J. Alfred Prufrock” in about seventh or eighth grade.

Finally, someone who I can agree with on that stupid ghost question.

Who is he? He’s Batman.

“History” should be on here—I’d call it the funniest episode of the series. It’s great.

The story may be apocryphal, but during the Lord of the Rings craze of the late 60's, the Beatles were supposedly approached to do a musical version, with John Lennon playing Gollum. That’s the movie Colbert should make next, using his ersatz Fab Four for the roles.

Or “damn hungry hot?” Or “I’m a pretty lady?” Or “My dragon who is my best friend who I also own?” Or...

I first read that as “written by actual chicken.” I wondered how that worked.

I’m the roughest toughest kitty in the land, my name is mr. Pants. I’m the kitty cat man.

Hey man, I didn’t come to this article to feel things.

I’m still angry what they did to Small with Metalocolypse. There was ONE fucking season left. Let the man finish his story. He’s been with them since the beginning. No respect. It’s sad.

I really need to sit down and watch Home Movies. I caught a few episodes of it here and there back in the day, but I was pretty young and barely paying attention so I don’t know if I really “got” it. I had forgotten about it until a recent Bob’s Burgers episode threw in references to it and I was mostly just happy

I got little tiny bug feet, I don’t really know what bugs eat....

I CANT ROLL IT DOWN, IT’S BROKEN!

In my top 5 favorite TV shows of all time, easily.

Walter and Perry’s love for each other was one of my favorite running bits throughout the series too.

I love Home Movies. It had humor for kids and adults, especially with all the arty references and Coach McGuirk’s entire being. There are still good animated shows being made, but there seems to be a lack of the risk taking that used to happen in the 90's with regard to all the absurdist shows on tv.

I loved this damn show so much. Now, amidst 8000 other things to watch, I want to binge it again too.

It’s hard out there for animators. God only knows adult swim would rather make cheap, poorly made live shows rather than spend the money on animation.

TFW you’ve stayed up all night watching the sword collection folks on the home shopping network.
