I heard that same interview and had the same reaction. The way this guy was trying to twist himself around to justify his support was fascinating. There was a confusing section where he was agreeing that torture is wrong while supporting Trump stance on torture. It was weird.

I liked it but then I like Dara and he had Susan Calman on his first episode. The turntable set is a good idea in theory in that it's a nice way to transition between the interview and the gameplay segments. It just seemed to take up too much time.

It's really interesting but, as I said the last time it was mentioned here, it helps a lot to know what you're getting into before you watch as the style isn't for everyone.

I'll file it under "V."

I kind of really want this. I mean, I already have all three CDs and I can't afford it. But Hedberg on vinyl just feels right.

Briefly thought the headline said "Simon Amstell" and was confused.

Haven't really seen much of Adlon's on screen work so this could be interesting. Is there any explanation of how they got Celia Imrie to play her mother?

Agreed. Given how mixed reaction was to the last film, it's tipping over to the absurd.

You're thinking of The Sun, which used to have a page dedicated to pictures of topless women.

Wait, the Daily Mail prints retractions?

I didn't know that he was involved in either of these shows and now my interest in them has gone way up. Especially the fact that he'll be working with Sharon Horgan.

I'm halfway through Neil Gaiman's nonfiction collection, The View from the Cheap Seats. It's always fun to read who other writers are enthusiastic about. And it makes me wonder what it would be like it Gaiman were to try to write more science fiction given how much it influenced him when he was younger.

I really enjoyed that one. If you're interested, Diaz's two short story collections are also linked to that book. One was written before, one after.

I watched Life with Mikey, Addams Family Values and The Santa Clause around the same time so for a while it seemed like Krumholtz was everywhere. He and Charlie Korsmo.

I really like Aisling Bea although I wish they had gone for a 50/50 gender split like they had last week. Beckett is one of those generic comedians who suddenly appeared to be everyone even though I can't think of anything distinctive about them (I feel that same about Josh Widdecombe.)

They also somehow hired Kevin Kline for the movie but didn't cast him as Lumiere!

I fell a bit in love with Rugby 7s this year. I was hoping to get to see more Track Cycling but I kept missing it. Otherwise, the usual gymnastics and figure skating.

Thank goodness. It would be awful if they didn't remember who he was.

I don't hate anyone on that line-up. I think that's a first.
