I'm looking forward to hours of empty podiums while people mill about in half-empty conference halls.

So, what do you do with them after their caught? Are you forced to battle anyone you make eye contact with like in the game? Or are they trapped forever in their digital cages?

Ditto Roger Allam.

I suppose I could have played Doom without God Mode. I just never had the desire to. There was also that Layton game with the unskippable sliding puzzle. That was evil.

I read The Golem and the Jinni over the weekend. It was light enough for summer holiday reading but substantial enough to be absorbing. I enjoyed the characters and the setting but the found the ending a bit hectic. And did I miss something or do we never find out what happens to Sophie?

This is pretty standard for a Kenny Chesney concert in Pittsburgh. It's amusing to see how much national coverage it got this time around. And how defensive the people who attended have been.

He's an avowed Francophile and can exchange jokes with Sandi Toksvig on QI. He'd be almost left wing in the US.
So many people missed the fact that "Clarkson is an idiot — Don't be like Clarkson" was one of the main themes of Top Gear.

Watched the BroadwayHD livestream of She Loves Me which was utterly charming. I didn't know Tom McGowan was in it (Kenny from Frasier) so it was a nice surprise seeing him again. The whole thing was pretty NBC heavy.

So, despite what the headline says, it turns out it's not very profitable at all? Also, it looks like the property values have been adjusted to take the 30-year-time difference into account but not the salaries.

So, setting the aside the fact that this person seems to confused by the fact that Hillary Clinton acts differently when appearing on Ellen from when she's addressing Donald Trump, I'm not sure what metaphor this game is supposed to be going for.

Or Maurice's Rupert Graves.

Can't wait to read this. We rarely get to see things so ambitious and beautifully written work so well.

So it sounds like they're only taking the realistic parts? That's kind of brave of them since they were the characters most prominent in the marketing of the movie (although it's been so long, no little kids are going to know who they were).

Flaherty, Ahrens, and McNally are a pretty solid creative team. And I genuinely like the music of Anastasia. I'm just not sure if there's a way to deal with Bartok on stage that won't be ridiculous and/or annoying.

Look, I'm not saying I'm not small, weird and devoted. It's just that the AV Club seems like the last place on the Internet to be acting like TMBG fandom is almost unheard of these days.

It's a very music heavy year this time around. And no one from musical theatre. Still, I have a lot of affection for Pacino. I'm looking forward to it.

I can't account for all of them but he's said that he did Jack and Jill because he needed the money after his house burned down and his money manager stole most of his money.

I've never seen Vibes but I can probably quote the TV commercial from memory. It's was part of a VHS tape from the 80's that I watched a lot of back when we only had 5 VHS tapes. I also enjoyed Cyndi Lauper in Life with Mikey.

I finally read Pride & Prejudice and can see both why people love it and why other people hate it. I enjoyed it overall - it was an easy read and quite funny in places. I think my next Classic of the Summer is going to be one of the Brontes. But that will depend on how soon I can get my hands on Joe Hill's new book.
