BRITISH PANEL SHOWS:

NO BRITISH PANEL SHOWS TODAY BUT HERE'S A RADIO CHAT SHOW THAT MIGHT BE OF INTEREST:

A lot of people wish he had continued doing the Report but I think if he had to pretend he was happy about this night after night it would kill him.

If nothing else, Jon was able to articulate our frustrations and make us feel like we weren't alone. I believe that has a lot of value on its own.

I feel liked I haven't seen Rich Hall for at least a year and suddenly he's everywhere. He also did a radio show called Rich Hall's US Election Breakdown: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/…

It's on Tuesdays now, with new team captains. Since they were inevitablely going to be talking about the election pre-election, I haven't been able to bring myself to watch it so I can't say how it was.

And then after they sang "No One is Alone," the surviving characters killed the giant because, even though she had legitimate grievances, she was harming others and had to be stopped.

BRITISH PANEL SHOWS:

I'm hearing a lot of Cory Booker and Kirsten Gillibrand. But really, surviving a Trump presidency will require more than a few Democrats to stand up and find their distinct oppositional voice. So it will most likely be someone we're not even aware of right now.

I'm so tired. I got more than 4 fours of sleep last night. I'm assuming that was due to sheer exhaustion since the lights were still on when I woke up. I can't get the past how wrong everything feels on a purely gut level - like when you first look at something in the uncanny valley. My brain is rebelling against

BRITISH PANEL SHOWS:

It's a long list this week but the one that is standing out at the moment are the people who take the attitude that their vote is something that candidates need to bend over backwards begging them for rather realizing that voting is their civic duty and they need to take it seriously if they don't want their country

Therapy Thread:

The Gloating of the Assholes may not be the most important worst thing that comes out of this election but it's definitely the thing that most makes me want to hit something.

I don't have a subscription to Showtime so I spent a lot of time yesterday trying to decide how much effort I was going to put into trying to watch it. I'm so glad I did. I spent every election night since 2000 with this man and last night, more than any of those other nights, I needed that anchor. I needed to see

In case anyone hasn't seen it yet, David Remnick has pretty much summed up my feelings. Which is useful since I'm speechless today. (Literally, I can barely get through two sentences with crying right now): http://www.newyorker.com/ne…

Dammit Disqus, why are you acting up now? I need these people!
