This is more of a car-centric motor vehicle blog, and airplanes are motor vehicles, so “in scope.” They used to have a pretty good defense discussion, too (search for “Foxtrot Alpha”), but that migrated over to another automotive website as “The Warzone.”

Hundreds of talented filmmakers just starting out, and this blackhole keeps getting money thrown at him for delivering garbage.

If it keeps him away from properties that I care about, sure. Have him do a whole five-movie Fortnite Cinematic Universe, or whatever the fuck.

It turns out that not every theater or community is exactly the same. The theaters I go to rarely have any of those things.

I’m not sure why you would even go to a place that doesn’t make a dish the way you like it, then order that dish and instruct someone on how to make it completely differently. You’re way better off ordering something else or going somewhere that makes the dish the way you like it.

Jesus, say it a fifth time. Enjoy your chicken nuggets like the child you are. 

Yikes, does something this self-evident really need to be explained to people? If so, let me add that Wonka has already made $150 mil globally, and is on pace to make more globally than The Marvels by, likely, a hefty amount. It will be more successful irrespective of budgets.

Very excited. As an older person that has loved this site, it has taught me things that were unfortunately normal for my Gen X self, shouldn’t be normal. So, I get where you are coming from with “What do I read now”.

My sincere hope is the site is not just back but returns to some of the former quality and insight that made it a an outsized-pop culture staple.
