Another thing you could try although this is more for fried boneless chicken than fries (but could probably be awesome on fries) is mixing mayo with hoisin sauce. Hoisin itself is awesome but adding some mayo and mixing it together makes it nice and creamy. Really thickens it up.

But if you spend $15 on ingredients you can make a bunch of these $4 items at home.
