And I just gotta say, I love seeing all these powerful women helping other women and demanding space and a voice on all the stages.

for a romantic trip to the Canadian city.

It is a personality thing. I think some people have to worship stuff. They have to believe in people & ideas & be parts of things bigger than themselves. What they attach themselves to varies, but they have to attach to something.

I think we’ve learned not to give a fuck about anything Hulk Hogan thinks.

So jealous of Conan right now. Also, I love Beyonce but sometimes she has the worst taste in outfits. That is fugly as hell!

I’m here for the Tom Ford hate. All day. Every day.

I love that Bey was like “I’m not just coming to your show and slaying that shit, but I’m also going to bring the women you basically crucified oh those years ago.”

Right??? but they still love him and think he’s one of “them.”

Do you really thing Deep Blue Something unified the world?

The whole “I wanna vote for a guy I can have a beer with!” faction of the United States, that Republicans have been courting for decades, will ruin us all.

What about “cool beans,” Tom Ford? Is it okay to say “cool beans?” Cuz even if not, I’m still gonna say “cool beans.” (And “awesome.”)

i like beyonce (have forever, saw destiny’s child in concert three times as a kid) but is anyone else totally exhausted by stan culture? the internet acting like she is the greatest thing in the history of the world and completely above reproach tires me out(the amount of ‘woke’ people i saw defending her for that

Yes- I needed this story. I was told by leadership to be more polictial if I want to get ahead (read: shut my mouth and pretend to be in the boys club). Meanwhile, all I want to do is fix the broke system. Inspirational to read this.

It makes me so incredibly happy to see POC and women asserting themselves in a manner that we have not seen for far too long.

Try a heritage breed sometime when it’s not a family day of obligation- maybe go in with some foodie friends on adult night. They really are different from the normal Thanksgiving turkey. I went in with friends and we got a couple different breeds. My vote is bourbon red. 😁

That movie TOTALLY glazed over the fact that he got mad when she was in his secret room and took a swing at her. She ducked, he hit his drawers instead, and made a huge dent. Tale as old as time my ass.

It’s as though we were made for each other... Beauty and the Beast.

It’s about $5 in collard greens to feed 10 people. Add maybe $2 worth of bacon to them. Water. Salt. Vinegar. Red Pepper.

This reminds of williams sonoma selling $100 pesto. Typically it costs us less than $10 to make an entire jar that covers several meals but sure, WS, tell us how much better your overpriced pesto is. Which reminds me: i love drew magary’s reviews of the WS catalog.
