Every so often I wonder why Kinja exists, and then hot take comments like the ones on this article remind me that Kinja exists for the hot takes.

Cats have been artificially selected in different directions than dogs have so they don’t socialize in the same way as dogs, which some people (such as the author?) wrongly interpret to think that they don’t like to socialize.

Marriage equality was the absolute lowest hurdle to get society to jump over, and a good number of states didn’t clear the hurdle by democratic means; they were told to stop being homophobic by state and/or federal courts.

So all left-of-center Americans should have already been aware that America is not actually…

One of the things that the liberals don’t completely understand about American conservatives is that conservatives don’t just disagree with left-of-center policies. They think that left-of-center policies are evil. And not like “this person jaywalks” evil but actual literal Satanic evil.
