Apparently of the 30 global theatres that are showing Oppenheimer in IMAX 70mm, the one closest to my location is 107 miles away. As much as I like movies I don’t like that distant of a screening, so I saw it in IMAX 35mm and that atomic blast was crisp on the screen. The audio mix by the theater wasn’t superb

Glad to see you admitted to being slightly incorrect in an earlier comment. Your other two sentences are factual and accurate.

I made the mistake of not booking tickets earlier so I wasn’t able to Barbenheimer this weekend. Will instead Oppenheimer on Monday and Barbie on Wednesday. Germain liked Oppenheimer so I’ll assume it’s pretty good

lol OOPS yes I meant scare them away to other games

The goal being that TTRPG players play better games :-)

Any and all decisions by Wizards of the Coast that cause upset are, in my spiteful opinion, good decisions. I hope that they make better decisions but I also am cautiously optimistic that they can scare away TTRPG players.

Good article on the JWST

This would have been a really strong version of the film, too bad it didn’t happen.

Baron Mordo. Wanda cuts them all down (often literally) with relative ease

This is some good Kinja

This was a really cool io9 article; more of these if at all possible!

It’s a good system!

This comment is good Kinja
