Hmm, so actually worse than Fisker. That said, I feel more confident about Vinfast taking the Kia or Hyundai route and becoming a capable mainstream manufacturer a few decades down the line. Fisker... I don’t know. It seems like they’ve been failing at basic competence for over a decade now.

Remember, it’s German Engineering ....... not German Reliability

This care is the physical manifestation of my dating life. “I know he could do me wrong but I see potential! I can fix him!” Flash forward six months and I’m broke and alone.

It’s not proportional but I love the look of the L version of luxury saloons.

Even if gasoline no longer floweth from the pumps and there is no way to convert the powertrain to batteries, nuclear fusion, or whatever tech aliens may bestow upon us, I would own a 1st gen Acura NSX, if nothing more than to just stare at it every day.

This is exactly the question the Mercedes E63 wagon is built to answer.

This looks awesome even today what are you talking about

I think Hyundai’s current “Go ahead punk, I’ll cut you w/ these sharp angles” styling looked good for about 30 sec and is now hideous.

The revival Stutz Blackhawk/Bearcat. A retro design from the 1970s that was built until the 90's. The bell-bottoms of cars.

Mini Cooper coupe. Granted, the design was pretty pathetic to begin with, but time has done it no favors. In certain colors, it looks like it has a toupee worse than President Trump’s.

Totally with you here. I was a very little kid at the time and was absolutely confused comparing this and the classic Charger hot wheels cars I had. In an era where retro-styling was king, this thing seemed to sell despite looking like nothing. The GTO wasn’t retro either but it certainly had more technical merit than

Aston Martin Lagonda. Wedges were all the rage back in the day, and some still look good (Lancia Stratos), but the Lagonda just looks like something from a bad sci-fi flick. And the computer systems in it are even worse...

I hate, hate hate the Charger’s “Dodge Ram” nose. This entire car feels like a pig crossed with a naked mole rate. The 2015 update was a revelation, specifically the even further streamlined grill that came with R/T Scat Pack and SRT 392.

Different tastes for different folks, but I like the Lincoln LS and 2nd Gen Ford Probe.

British Leyland cars collection:

Like the Thunderbird, the Lincoln LS was built on the Jaguar S-Type platform, which was under Ford’s “Premium Automotive Group” ownership at the time. The LS had completely generic and forgettable styling for an early 2000s luxury sedan.

11th gen Ford Thunderbird as well

I dunno, I kinda like it because it *was* unique without being obnoxious.

1974 Pontiac GTO, not based on the Tempest or Lemans but a fucking Ventura.

The first gen 4-door Charger:
