Needs to be a bit taller (and much better looking) to sell to Lincoln customers. I kinda like the front fender/behind the front wheel.....element. I think.
Those are so ugly. I am a truck guy and not the target market (I don’t make nearly enough money) but damn.
Those are so gorgeous.
Stickers or not that looks badass.
No bueno on the convertible. Maybe if it was a hardtop. Maybe.
Zero chance there a 7'ish million EVs a year being sold here in the US. We buy a bit over a quarter of a million now. We don’t have the buyers, we don’t have the power grid and charging stations and we don’t have the battery manufacturing capacity for that.
Not to mention mandating a huge increase in EV sales without also mandating a nationwide power grid upgrade would be a horrible idea. Then there is the “Just tell em to make more EVs”. Move to Cuba first. I am not a corporate apologist but they make what they feel their customers want to purchase. If they are selling…
This is a bigger issue than even the charging station one. Few are talking about it. What is the upgrade term for “rolling blackouts”?
This is the biggest part of their equation.
Not waving anything. You replied to a comment about EVs and I replied to that comment. You said nothing about Transportation or fuel production. I did point out we have a long way to go and that just EVs won’t get us there.
Electric cars will not slow down global warming significantly. Commercial sectors need to get involved first. Battery chemistry needs to be less toxic (preferably non-toxic). commercial farming and ranching needs to get onboard (and we need to eat less meat(methane...)) etc.
My monopoly money would go for a retractable roof. I seem to be un-naturally paranoid of someone either cutting the soft top to get to my measly stuff when up or just stealing my measly stuff if I leave it down. Not in the market for a fun vehicle and even if I was a convertible is somewhat down the list.
As a long time Everquest player all I have to say is Kerafyrm.
The Accords were fine by me but the Porsches were ugly. I had to take my Monopoly money elsewhere.
Calloway Vettes were ordered through the dealer. RPO B2K was the order code I believe. Just like RPO Z28 or whatever. They were shipped to Calloway to be completed. See also the Cadillac Allante.
I don’t think those make for a bad entry level Lexus. I don’t mind the look but have not been in one. Nice upgrade (feature and feel wise) over a Prius. Don’t think they do nearly as well as the Prius with fuel economy.
That and the fact that anyone over the age of 22 can’t get into or out of them without the aid of a crowbar.
Those are nice looking cars. I would pick a T-Bird over a Mustang of the same period easily.
No argument from me.
