This is what prevents be from taking the plunge. They could put those wheels on a lawn mower and I would like it though...

Don't have an answer as to why, but they sure have been in that business for many decades.

LOL. Had to laugh. Not arguing though. I think the current tax credit is a maximum of $7500. Not everyone will see that much, possible most. Btw, the federal government has all the power they want, regardless of what that piece of paper says.

This! Nothing is free, and very little the government does works out like they say it will.

Break given! Nice picks all around.

Why is there a 1988 Corvette motor in this Mustang? :)

Oh my goodness! Where is the "Take my money" gif when I need it.

2001 Toyota Tundra, bought in August of 01 for 23k.

I still miss my 91..

Love these, especially with the M-sport wheels. Make mine black.

I didn't realize Tesla cut the price of the Model S by half. Wow.

VW CC Crosstour?

Missing their own sales targets for a product that doesn't have a very definable market size yet shouldn't be considered a failure. And as you said, they are just releasing a 2nd generation vehicle. They wouldn't do that if they didn't think it was a good idea.

No argument there or else I would sound like I sell cars for a living.

I second the last sentence! I might be able to stretch the budget some even :)

If they would bring that over I would buy it. It still seems like a lot of torque for a small'ish pickup, but it would be a good start.

If I can get an affordable version of the new Frontier with a reasonably small four cylinder turbo diesel I will buy it. A 500+ lb/ft of torque full size half ton? Overkill to me, but glad to see them do it.

Someone already has that covered.

I would think those should have a large impact. GL, and enjoy the "cheap" gas while we can.

I use to joke with a co-worker that owned one the same phrase. It aspired to be a real car. I guess it is a step up from the old Fiesta.
